shipping Yes – Kinsey is bisexual and pretty much equal opportunity about it, but prefers one-night stands. She's kind of allergic to commitment and relationships would be a pretty hard sell for her, but otherwise I'm open to anything. Can FTB or write smut, whichever you prefer.

fighting and injuring Sure. Kinsey is genetically modified but isn't really superhuman as much as she's Human+; she has some advantages, but most of them are long term and neutral survival instincts. Her biggest advantage in a fight is that she has enhanced tolerance to pain so can last longer with more serious injuries without succumbing to shock or fatigue. She is also a trained soldier and knows how to fight, so is a fairly serious threat, but she's not untouchable.

content warning Kinsey's world is a sort of "mid-apocalypse" scifi. The general vibe is that the world is coming to an end but nobody really acknowledges it – people still go to work and pay rent and try to ignore the world crashing down around them. General content warnings for the world include religious extremism (especially anti-abortion), discussion of eugenics (specifically the attempted eradication of all congenital disability), global catastrophe, and some background stuff about climate change. The majority population is infertile, which means that many people in her world hold regressive opinions about women who are fertile, e.g. reducing them to their ability to conceive and bear children. Her backstory refers to experimentation on children (mostly just scientific monitoring), forced conscription, and egregious military response to protests. Generally speaking, if you want to avoid a particular topic or just want to opt-out of interacting with her altogether for any reason, drop a comment on this post! No hard feelings.

Also, please note that Kinsey is consummate liar and will often lie about herself to curry favour with others or put across a certain impression. It's an integral part of her character that she's obscured by layers of lies about herself such that it's hard for her to even discern what is true anymore, so if your character can detect lies or mindread please bear this in mind! I would rather it not be as simple as immediately spotting that she's lying, but I'm not saying no to her being caught in a lie!

Finally, Kinsey can also be a little mean or patronising to people. This is just who she is as a person and does not reflect how I feel about you or your character on an OOC level. I recognise that this may lead to negative CR, but I always try to aim for complicated rather than just outright negative. backtagging Always – I function by backtagging, so I totally understand if things get picked up and dropped here and there. I'm also happy to handwave stuff that drags on for too long.

threadhopping Sure! If it's (non-private) texting conversations, it's always fine, but I'd prefer if you asked first if it was a log thread.

fourthwalling Not something I'm interested in playing out, especially actor recognition or fictional character awareness. For fellow Dichen Lachman PBs, I would rather do "looks similar but not the exact same" as opposed to facetwin stuff.
